Bosch 82mm throttle body machined for RS4 bolt circle with plug

Product information:

This is an original Bosch 82mm throttle body that has been machined by us to fit the OEM RS4 or our HF intake manifold in conjunction with our RS6 cast Y. The inlet of our HF intake manifold as well as the cast Y (RS6) has been specially developed for the 82mm throttle body (same as RS6) and in combination achieves the highest possible throughput with series optics.

Advantages over the OEM RS4 throttle body:

• Higher throughput
• Larger inlet cross section
• Lower initial cost

Key information:

• The bolt-on points of the throttle body were subsequently machined so that the bolt circle of the RS4 throttle body is identical.

Additional information:

• During assembly, the original connector must be removed and the one included in the set must be mounted
• As an alternative to pinning we can offer separately an adapter plug (see option)
• Since we have machined the part, the original Bosch part number has been removed and labeled with our part number
• For single turbo conversions or conversions with center front intercooler our aluminum throttle body flange can be used
