THE- Fresh air pipes

Product information:

THE- fresh air tubes are made of pre-bent aluminum tubes. This means fewer welds are needed and the transitions are smoother. The upper tubes have an outer diameter of 70mm and the lower 63.5mm. A matching reducing silicone tube is included in the kit. For the K16/24 turbochargers and TTE880 in conjunction with our THE- 08 exhaust housings, 70mm tubes are used on the top and bottom. All lower pipes are equipped with air guide crosses like the original products. The fresh air pipes are plugged onto the compressor housing and seal with the existing o-rings.

For the following turbochargers we recommend the following fresh air pipes:

• Original RS4 turbocharger K04 exhaust housing:
  • can either be used with OEM RS4 fresh air pipes or our K04 fresh air pipes .
• TTE380 only for S4 with K03 exhaust housing:
  • can be used with OEM S4 fresh air pipes.
• TTE550 with K04 exhaust housing:
  • can either be used with OEM RS4 fresh air pipes or our K04 fresh air pipes .
• TTE600 with RS6 exhaust housing:
  • can either be used with OEM RS4 fresh air pipes or our K04 fresh air pipes .
• TTE600/680 with THE- 08 exhaust housing:
  • can either be used with OEM RS4 fresh air pipes or our K04 fresh air pipes .
• TTE780 with RS6 exhaust housing:
  • can be used with our 780 fresh air pipes .
• TTE780/860 with THE- 08 exhaust housing:
  • can be used with our 780 fresh air pipes .
• TTE880 with RS6 exhaust housing:
  • can be used with our 780/880 fresh air pipes .
• TTE880/960 with THE- 08 exhaust housing:
  •  can be used with our 70mm 880 fresh air pipes .
• TTE1200 with Tial exhaust housing:
  • custom made fresh air pipes on request.

Scope of delivery: 

• 2x left and 2x right fresh air pipes
• 4x silicone connector
• 2x 45 degree 25mm silicone hoses for diverter valves
