Our THE- line set is specially designed for our fuel system with two Pierburg fuel pumps, which can be installed in the RS4/S4 B5. The kit includes all connections, lines, brackets and clamps necessary for the installation. To match the delivery capacity of the two fuel pumps, our kit consists of two supply lines (D06) that can be attached directly to our left and right fuel rail. The two original lines (supply and return) then become the two return lines. Two fuel filters are integrated in the supply lines at the level of the fuel tank (see pictures). To attach the lines to the underbody, we have developed special mounts made of stainless steel with rubber insert.
Advantages:
- Due to the two supply lines, there is always enough fuel reaching the fuel rails.
- When two fuel pressure regulators are used, the excess fuel is returned to the tank through two return lines, even under low load conditions.
- Fuel filters are supplied including a holder
Additional information:
- No additional parts or materials are needed for assembly
- The aluminum pipe must be laid and bent at the underbody and right front wheel arch
- When using ethanol and other fuels, we recommend changing the filter 1x per year.
